This tidal painting is an abstraction of imagery contrasting the undulating ocean waters and the shifting shoreline sands. The natural habitat of the horseshoe crab inspired the design and the rich natural color palette in this work. I hope my paintings serve as a reminder of the current plight of these ancient creatures, their habitat as well as our beautiful planet.
